Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

At this time, shipping availability may vary depending on product type, destination, and carrier service availability.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after order processing has been completed.

Standard Furniture & Home Furnishings

  • Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

Large Furniture Items

  • Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you place your order.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, customers will receive shipping updates by email after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

Large Item Deliveries

For oversized furniture and large deliveries:

  • An adult may be required to receive the shipment.
  • Delivery is generally made to the front entrance, curbside, or designated delivery area unless otherwise arranged.
  • Customers should ensure accurate delivery information is provided during checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review the information and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Capretti Design International Inc is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
