Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before refunded funds appear in your account.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and requesting a return for the original eligible product.
