All Capretti Design products are produced on a made-to-order basis. For this reason, product returned to us will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Product must be received back in the condition reported prior to return.
- Should product arrive with obvious damage, please inspect, photograph, and note delivery receipt.
- Please call 954-999-0521 to receive a Return Authorization code which must be included with all goods returned to Capretti Design.
- We make every attempt to repair any damaged or deficient merchandise. If repair cannot be made, replacement parts/pieces will be sent.
- Should merchandise be damaged, DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY MUST BE PROVIDED by emailing them to firstname.lastname@example.org along with a detailed description of the problem, your order number, your name and billing address, and a contact phone number.
- Upon review of photographs, should Capretti determine that item can be repaired, repair to the damaged product will be arranged. Items that are repairable will not be accepted for return by Capretti. Should item be deemed “unrepairable”, Capretti will ship replacement item and pick-up damaged/defective item for return to our warehouse. After your furniture is received at our warehouse and inspected, credit will be issued.
- Original Shipping charges are NOT subject to refund
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges if product is NOT defective/damaged.
- Returned Items must be properly packed for return. Items returned without proper protection will NOT be credited.
